Shipping policy

All our orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched. We aim to have your sock with you within 5 working days from your order being placed. 

 

Where Do We Deliver?

We currently deliver to all locations within the UK. 

We do not currently deliver internationally to locations outside of the UK (we’re working on it!). If you’re looking for delivery outside of the UK, please let us know at store@osseyofficial.com and we’ll add your location to our priority list and keep you updated. 

 

Shipping Rates

Our products are shipped via Royal Mail with rates calculated at checkout. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us letting you know it’s on it’s way. Delivery can take up to five days. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at store@osseyofficial.com with your name and order number, and we’ll get onto it. 

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at store@osseyofficial.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
