It’s short for “Ossification”, the natural process that turtles undergo to create their protective shells. We chose our name for two reasons, it inspired us to emulate the protective nature of a shell and secondly to serve as a constant reminder of our commitment to nature. Criminally, sea turtles are at great risk to due human activity and continuous exploitation of nature in favor of quick profit. Our logo on every one of our products represents our commitment to minimising our impact on the planet.

Delivery & Returns
Within five working days. Enough time to arrange a group surf session to show off your rad new sock or tee!
Each sock is packaged in 100% recyclable paper packaging. You can take the sock out and place the packaging straight in the bin… the recycle bin that is!
Our packing is minimalist by design, it has everything needed to ensure your sock arrives pristine, but without all the flash and glam. The way we see it, it’s all going to end up in the bin 10 seconds after being opened, and by packaging this way we reduce both ours and yours impact on the planet. So you can feel good about opening your new sock!
We hope that you never have to see this, but if you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we’ll either replace or refund your purchase. Please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org, we’ll do everything in our power to make it right.
We offer 30 days to return items back to us from the date of delivery.
The ocean may have our hearts, but we care for the planet as a whole. Teaming up with One Tree Planted allows us to have a bigger impact on the global stage, planting one tree for every hardened sock sold. We currently plant our trees in the Amazon rainforest, home to nearly 30% of the world’s plant and animal species, and a critical carbon sink. This precious rainforest faces continued threat from logging, unsustainable farming and fires. By planting trees we’re helping to preserve this wonder of nature for future generations and aid in the fight against climate change.
Being part of One Tree Planted is part of our ongoing initiative to be accountable for the carbon emissions that our business produces.

Earth Positive Ⓡ labelled products are made entirely from organic indian cotton, grown and farmed without the use of petroleum based chemical fertilizers or pesticides, in a region where 95% of its water comes from naturally occurring monsoon rain.
To get the right fit, please consult the sizing guide available on each of our tee pages.
All of our tees are made from 100% organic cotton, grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or other potentially harmful chemicals. Organic cotton is a better choice for preserving biodiversity and soil health when growing, whilst simultaneously requiring less water to grow and emitting less CO2.
All our tee graphics are printed using water based inks. Penetrating deep into fabrics, bonding with the material fibres, water based inks yield a hard wearing, yet soft-to-the-touch print. As the ink bonds with the fabric fibres, water-based prints stretch with the fabric to prevent cracking or warping of the print.
Free from PVC resin and plasticiser typically seen in plastisol based inks, water based inks provide a more environmentally conscious approach to printing.
Our Tees are sewn and printed using renewable energy from wind and solar power, reducing our dependence on damaging & finite fossil fuels.
The majority of our Tees can be washed at 30°C. For precise washing and care instructions, please see the label on the tee. This can be found on the bottom seam of the tee, over to the left hand side.
